I left Paris for the Haute Loire area to visit the factory that makes our Organic blue Cheese Saphir Du Velay Biodeal.
A couple of weeks for the maturing process and this 1,000 kg order will be ready to leave France to Qatar.

J’ai quitté Paris pour la Haute Loire (43) et une visite de l’atelier qui produit notre fromage bleu & Bio, le Saphir du Velay Biodéal.
Quelques semaines d’affinage et cette nouvelle commande de 1.000 kg sera prête pour quitter la France, direction le Qatar.
